Zed is a 20 year old up and coming triathlete.  He has been training for 8 years now and trains with the Barista triathlon team in Montreal. He is currently a member of the the Quebec U23 elite team. Of the three disciplines, running is his favorite! He will begin his studies in administration at UQUAM in Montreal this fall. 

Other than sports, Zed loves his coffee!
