Shipping policy

Oceanjunction.com offers two shipping options – standard & express. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the shipping location, different methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose how you would like your item(s) shipped. Shipping costs are based on the method you choose, the order value and your location. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during the checkout process, prior to completing your order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before applicable taxes) within Canada, excluding the Territories (Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut).*

**Express delivery may not be available to all locations in Canada.

Standard Shipping

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Standard shipped items typically arrive in 6-8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations.

Express Shipping

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Express shipped orders successfully authorized before 11 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays), will arrive in 4-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipments to remote locations.

For all delivery options, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to P.O. boxes.

Shipments are via Canada Post or Purolator.

Shipping to International Addresses

Shipping Policy

Ocean Junction depends on its’ delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your merchandise. However, this may be compromised by unforeseen delays such as inclement weather. Ocean Junction is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume and labour disputes. Our selected carriers within Canada deliver on business days only, excluding holidays.
